Problem
You can not see the “Currently Browsing” information for one of your students in Lightspeed and you know the student is using a browser then you should look at the students’ browser and see if it has the following icons on the top right corner of the browser window.
If these icons are showing up then the students’ machine has a corrupt group policy. These are the GoGuardian filter extensions which should have been removed from all of our machines when we switched to Lightspeed. You should see the icon below on a working machine.
This icon will say “Relay Classroom Helper Extension” when you point at it.
Solution
Call the helpdesk and ask them to reset the group policies on the computer in question.
