‘Unpacking Document’ message in the Promethean Whiteboard App

Upon launching the Promethean Whiteboard App on your ActivPanel 9 or  Elements Series, if you get an ‘Unpacking Document…’ message, follow the steps below to remove it:

  1. Close the Whiteboard App.
  2. Open the Menu/Locker and select the Files app.
  3. In the Downloads folder, delete the whiteboard_state file (or whiteboard_state.dat if applicable).

You can now relaunch the Whiteboard App and the message will no longer appear.
