Due to recent issues with accounts being compromised and used by parties outside of the United States, we have implemented conditional access rules that will prevent accessing one of the WVDE K12 Office 365 accounts from outside of North America.
If any users is planning travel outside of North America and will need to access their accounts while travelling, please send the following information:
•Country or Countries involved in the travel
•Duration of Travel
•Email address of Account being accessed
Please send this information to office365@help.k12.wv.us at least two weeks prior to traveling.
