In order to use a laptop while at home or away at a training, you must have signed into this laptop at least one time while it was at school.  Your only option if you have never signed in is to take it back to a school and sign in or use the VPN option if you are a teacher.

All school laptops have a program installed that only allows you to sign in for a set amount of days from the last day the laptop was signed into at school.  See KB HERE When this laptop has been away from school for too long you will not be able to sign in without returning the laptop to your school or using the VPN option.  See KB HERE
