Beginning January 2026, inactive user accounts will once again be removed from individual computers. If you have previously signed into a computer but have not signed back into that same device within 30 days, your account will be considered inactive and removed from that computer. This does not delete your account from the system, it only deletes your account from computers you have not accessed in at least a month.
