We will be starting the new year with a new wireless setup in our schools. As of January 7th we will have done away with the old county wide wireless SSID and there will no longer be a school specific SSID at each school. In their place will be a single SSID called WCSWireless. All computers in the county will now connect to this SSID. We will attempt to have all computers automatically connect to WCSWireless but some machines may need to be connected manually. All Apple devices will be connected to their own wireless SSID. This will allow us to make changes to the wireless SSID for computers that should improve performance. Please notify me of any new wireless issues.
